TLDR: Gov is doing an update that fucked things up and shut down the EBT program for a bit. People are screaming because they can't get their food off their cards. Revolt?

Does EBT apply in TX? Does that mean state or everywhere I guess is what I'm asking. Best to be prepared if they start doing stupid stuff.

One would hope they'd learn a lesson from this and maybe understand where all us "whackos" are coming from.
