Listening to NPR news this morning and they said that destroying Syria's stockpile of chemical weapons would pose a logistical nightmare for the US, because the US already has 27 tons of chemical weapons we seized from Saddam Hussein that we're in the process of destroying.

But I thought the argument behind the Bush-is-a-lying-war-criminal rhetoric was that we never found ANY chemical weapons in Iraq.

How did NO chemical weapons suddenly turn into 27 tons?

We KNOW there were chemical weapons in Iraq, most of us on here having seen photos of same posted by a member who was there. Just saying I love it when the liberals contradict themselves because they can't remember previous party-line talking points.
