(a) The rules must contain minimum standards to protect the health and safety of a patient of an abortion facility and must contain provisions requiring compliance with the requirements of Subchapter B, Chapter 171. On and after September 1, 2014, the minimum standards for an abortion facility must be equivalent to the minimum standards adopted under Section 243.010 for ambulatory surgical centers.

What they're saying here is it has to be performed in a building that has an ER.

I just have a real problem with some doctor delivering what is essentially a full term baby and then cutting its spinal cord with a pair of scissors like you would do with a hog or some other animal you don't want. I do strongly disagree with late term abortions. And the shit the guy in PA was doing. My issue with this isn't the 20 week limit.

I am on the same boat as everyone that is saying I don't care what other people can and can't do. I don't believe in abortion except for certain instances, however, I don't believe my opinion should be forced off to everyone else. If a mother wants to kill the child inside her, let her. She will be judged at some point. If you weren't raped, it takes a certain kind of person to kill a child. Use birth control or don't have sex, it is easy enough.
