Senate to vote on illegal alien amnesty and stimulus bill today

Deja vu back to '86 when the dems sucked Reagan into an amnesty deal for 3,000,000 illegals. Cut a deal "guaranteeing" tighter boarder security, stricter qualifications for citizenship, and harsher penalties for those that came in illegally. The dems did NONE of it. The security measures for the border (20k more agents and the fence) MUST be front-loaded as it was initially represented. The 700 mile fence was passed and only about 40 miles of it was actually built. Hopefully, the house will kill it, but there are no absolutes.

They're claiming it's 119 pages that have everyone up in arms... apparently we shouldn't be too worried about the other 1100.

But the sponsors behind the border security amendment -- Sens. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., and John Hoeven, R-N.D. -- staunchly defended their effort ahead of Monday's vote.

"I've seen reports of a '1,200 page bill' no one has read or had time to read," Corker said in a statement, presumably in response to Sessions. "To be clear, the tough border and interior enforcement provisions that Sen. Hoeven and I offered on Friday make up 119 pages added to the 1,100 pages that have been public since May."

He's "seen reports" of a big bill. He's gonna fucking vote on it - why is he not sure about it?

I saw a blurb on Drudge that the bill includes $1.5 billion for "employment stimulus" for people between the ages of 16-24. It's broken down to each state based on the state of their economy. So...grant amnesty/citizenship to 12-14 million people, then give them money to help them find a job? LOL!
