Christianity cannot be and is not forced upon anyone, at least among those true Christians who follow Jesus' own words.

          Revelation 3:20 (KJV)
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Jesus must be invited into a person's life, He does not force Himself upon anyone.

Though Islam is corrupted by certain secular governments strictly for political gain, and is mandated in such corrupted forms as an official state religion, this does not necessarily indict Islam as being a religion of violence in its' oringinal form. Note that Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all share a common patriarch.

We are currently in a time of war. I'd be all for West being president. 1) It'd drive liberals insane because they've spent 2 years saying you can't disagree with Obama because he's black and it makes you racist. 2) He has experience making tough decisions and can actually make command decisions.

            3) He seems to be a constitutionalist.

            4) Liberals Hate him

Like I've stated earlier, he would make a great Sec. of Def. or State. He's not well-rounded enough on all aspects needed to be the President.

this is the problem I have with Christianity. As a loose Christian myself (Deist, really), I hate how we always try to whitewash what our religion has done over time.

Like in the Constitution, I believe our mistakes should be just a prominent as our accomplishments so that we do not repeat the same atrocities again and again.

You're talking about people using Christianity as a means of filling their agenda, rather than filling Christ's agenda.

But ya, I agree with keeping mistakes of the past in sight for planning for the future.

Don't forget to leave a message for the millions who died under Mao, Stalin, and Pol Pot, and that was just in the second half of the last century.

I have been following Mr. West for a while now through media outlets as well as on Facebook and I think he has what it takes.

I would, if you were extolling the righteous virtues of fascism or communism; but you weren't. You were extolling the virtues of Christianity.

It will be Glorious day when you learn to attack an argument head on instead of trying to brush it off by 'well, what about these guys?'

Seriously, look back at any argument you've had on this board. It all flows the exact same way, with you trying to change the subject.

Funny, you and the Liberals have the EXACT same defense machanism when it comes to debate. 'Moral Equivalency'

I have no point to make with that last quip, except to point out that you , like any liberal, are a one trick pony with poor debate skills.

Now quote some Bible passages for me, Moses.

I didn't bring religion into this thread. You, among others, did. I simply made a comment in kind backed up quite effectively by Scripture.

Got a problem with that? Too bad.

And I refuted by listing just a few of the countless atrocities carried out in the Christian Gods name over the millennia that point to anything but 'we do not force religion upon you'

And then you changed the subject to avoid that 'unpleasant discussion'.

What's wrong, Highness; can't face up to what your Good Book has brought upon the world?
