She's still getting a paycheck and benefits. We need a special prosecutor, otherwise Holder and his group will be leading any investigation.

A special prosecutor (if I understand correctly) would be hand picked by the White House, and would tie this up for years, of course they would play the roll of we can not discuss this since it is under investigation. So in short it would die out and go away. We all know anyone picked by the boy king to investigate his administration would never find any wrongdoing

They'd be picked by either congress or the AG's office. The POTUS wouldn't need a prosecutor, that's what Holder's job is supposed to be. Of course with this administration they tend write the rules as they go so I guess Obama could hire a prosecutor, who I'm sure Holder would go along with. Congress would be able to fire and replace them though.
