  • She Plead the Fif!

Lois Lerner, who is scheduled to testify tomorrow has decided to protect the IRS and the Obama administration and invoke her 5th amendment right. While that cannot really be used against her, I think that should tell everyone exactly how high up the ladder this thing goes.

How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

That is intended to protect her, not them.

All the while people are making statements about not jumping the gun, not to get over-hyped about these scandals, the 0bama regime is destroying the evidence. Bullshit, the time to hype and get bent out of shape is NOW.

This is turning into nothing but a damned dog and pony show, as thus far we have learned not a damned thing that we didn't already know. They pulled two days emails, have armed cops accompanying people through the IRS offices to ensure no one talks to them, issued a warning that if you do talk you are fired, what next?

They should charge her immediately, if she's going to plead the fifth. Sure, it's a protection afforded to defendants. But if you want to play that game, fine, we will see you in court.

There are some very heavy hitters that have already "lawyered up" and are preparing to sue the IRS. These include some of the groups and also a few very wealthy individuals.

Wonder if that's why Mark Levin has been out this week.

John Bonehead should grow a set of balls and call for the special investigation. Hire Mark Levin as special prosecuter. I bet he would do it for free. Can you see Mark questioning Buckwheat or Hillary ?

POLITICO - Darrell Issa: Lois Lerner Lost Her Rights

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again.

The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service.

“When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”
