Run Democrats on one side, Republicans the other, and have them pass the baton back and forth for the magic TV box that tells the sheep what to do. From everything I've read/heard, being a Cowboy in the Jerry Jones era has always been players first, responsibility last. That's one of the reasons Jimmy Johnson and him didn't get along. Jerry just wants the players to be happy and he can ride the "Americas Team" wave. I still think that the Cowboys have an assload of talent but no discipline. Hopefully this will change soon.
