Houston has some areas that make SOC look like Highland Park, especially since they absorbed so many of New Orleans' crooks.

Yeah it's called: Sharpstown, Greenspoint, 5th Ward, 3rd Ward, 2nd Ward, Acres Homes, South Side. Did I forget any?

Yeah you forgot a lot more but that covers the biggest. And having lived in Houston and Dallas I will say places like Greenspoint and the 3rd/5th Ward make Oak Cliff look like Highland park. My neighbor was a cop in the 5th Ward and told me never to stop at stop signs and never go there without a gun. Heck I remember I had to detour through there and a cop pulled beside me and told me he would be my escort out of the place.

I doubt most of the people in her area are smart enough to figure out how to vote. She probably gets people off the street and tells them she will walk them through it. In return she gives them an Old English or Colt 45.
