If they don't want to hear the word, "illegal," because, granted, it is a little nebulous, and granted, it isn't illegal to be an immigrant, but you want to apply a label that better explains their legal status without stigmatizing anything but that? Criminal immigrant.

Yes I got what you meant, I didnt word my reply quite the way I meant it to sound. I was saying casualty as in dead trying to cross the border. Kind of like playing frogger with them.
