The shooter didn't have to kick open the doors. They said he purchased a ticket, went into the theater before the movie started, and propped the emergency exit open.
He was dressed as the Joker, and nothing I saw said they were tear gas canisters. Smoke bombs aren't illegal to purchase.
Initial reports are usually just wild guesses. Why would he need or have an accomplice?
So, he had to change magazines several times. It only takes a few seconds.
As has been stated, gun control doesn't prevent crime.

The Boston one that you posted was a guy who the cops put on the ground 2 different times during this 24 hour period, he was interviewed. Not Suspect #1...

The WTC, with the speed and momentum of the plane I would think that explosion is right where it should be. I did not see it hit live, but I did see the second one hit live and it was 100% legit
