          No, that was posted on 4chan Monday right after the Boston bombing. I remember seeing it Wednesday. It's disturbing. So far, everything that person wrote has come true except for the NRA component in the search of the apartment.

            before the industrial revolution and modernization of gunpowder a town's powder was kept on the fringes of town in a powder house (or magazine) which was kept under lock and key by the local law or appointee. The men of the town werent allowed to carry more powder than what was considered for personal use, which was considered a powder horn (or two). At the time this was reasonable due to the building codes (or lack of), building materials, and potential for fire.
