Not comitting a crime or not, the guy is a fucking Master Sergeant. He should have half a clue that he antagonized the situation and If I were the cop I would have arrested him as well.

I disagree. He broke no laws, police had no right to strip him of his weapons and they violated his rights by not only disarming him but also arresting him for made up charges. If you were the cop, I'd push for you to have to hand in your badge and pay up as well.

It's a sad state of affairs when anyone believes that bad manners is an excuse for a violation of rights and unconstitutional actions by police
