seems like I remember a month or so ago they had a long gun protest/march on the streets of FT Worth that I saw on the news. This is crazy and I understand that under stress it can make it harder to make a snap decision and have them all be 100% correct all the time, but at some point the police should have considered what the soldier was saying.sigpic

Hopefully the next time a terrorist decides to attack something down there, it will be the prosecutor's office. lolOriginally posted by racrguyWhat's your beef with NPR, because their listeners are typically more informed than others?Originally posted by racrguyVoting is a constitutional right, overthrowing the government isn't.

“And did you explain to them what the law is, sir?” Grisham asks.
“They don’t care what the law is,” the officer replies. Graham then shoots back, “Do you care what the law is?”
“In this day and age, they’re alarmed when they see somebody with what you have,” the officer replies.
However, if it's legal it is legal. There used to be a time (and some places are still like this...) when most people had guns around and visible. Hell, he did not even have the big scary assault rifle....
I know a lot of people prefer not to open carry anything and that's a preference. If it is legal, that person carrying in the open should not be criminalized for it at all. Soldier or not, I do not like this approach on how to handle -legal- gun owners who are not breaking any laws.
I hope his chain of command is taking care of him. (Edit: Not busting his balls, giving him time needed...etc)Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.
