I think that covers it up to this morning...

Edit, Alex Jones also talks about a Vet whose guns were taken from his home and a guy facing 75 years in prison for video taping police.
Why were the police searching his house.

Hey, at least you spelled the wrong word correctly.

I literally heard tires screeching to a halt in my head when I read that. I chuckled.

I think he may have been arrested at the rally for drug charges, might be getting mixed up though.

Being arrested at a rally for drug charges does not equate to a warrant to search ones house, to my knowledge. Wouldn't doubt some overzealous ass trying it though.

Depends on the amount he had or if he was selling.

If he had a million pounds of whatever drug on him at x location, how does that equate to police being given permission to go search y location?

                    I still don't z it happening...

Happens all the time. Look at when people go on these killing sprees. Murders happen away from their home, yet search warrants issued for their residence. Used to establish more evidence against the individual or individuals.

I see your point, don't guess I had looked at it from that aspect.

Still seems like a violation of your rights though...
