These are no Reaper. They are noisey little fuckers that can not get that far up. Think, the better the camera, the heavier the camera, the bigger the bird has to be. At 5' it is not that big so its payload of electronics is not going to be that great. For good resolution it will have to come down in altitude. And there is no way a craft like that could carry anything heavier than a flash bang size device.

I have been doing research on building my own drone (quadrotor) and you all would be very surprised with what you can do with a very small budget and what it is capable of.
