          I don't know. He brings up a good point about the drone program. They shouldn't be asking him his policy, they should be telling him what his program is.

            He can only yield his time. He has to remain on the floor, and presumably not asleep, or he yields the floor, and loses his filibuster. After that time, the senate president can call for cloture.

                    I've been reading up on this but it's sketchy. I think if he's last man standing tonight he can keep going tomorrow but the Republicans together should have been doing this so they could switch off like the D's did during the 60's when they pulled 57 straight days of filibuster.
