Invite gun manufacturing companies to move to Texas. Have a law in place that says, "Any Texas Citizen with a good record can buy a gun made in Texas and there will be NO sales tax at ANY time". Make the renewal fee for a CHL $ 10.00 for ten years. That's my plan, and I am sticking to it. Smith and Wesson, Colt, Beretta, Glock, and all the others should be here in non-union Texas.
