I don't believe that those are "rocket launchers". The underside of the bed does not appear to have the tubes. Got any other info on it as to why you believe it to be so?

This whole thing was actually from 2008. There used to be a youtube video of a very similar truck firing said rockets, but this particular one seems to be a hoax.
