Crazy how it ranks 45th in most violent states in country (#1 being the most, #50 being the least). Only being more violent than South Dakota, New Hampshire, Vermont, North Dakota, and Maine. I bet the "color" of their photos are pretty similar.

Local sheriffs are cool. Then the local police captain goes out there to circle jerk obama and say how we need to have better gun control because people don't need "assault weapons".

If Utah has 5 blacks (not including the Jazz), then SD has 4, NH has 3, VT has 2, ND has 1 and Maine has 0.

That's why I always have liked most Sheriff's as they will typically be a voice for the people that voted them in, not an extension of the mayor/city manager that appointed them like police chiefs often are.
