You are really beginning to irritate me. The guy damn near died for us and you have the nerve to tell him he shouldn't be allowed to have a gun based on a few things he has said. I've never seen him say anything crazy. Of most anyone on here, I would trust him to have my back when things go bad because I know he can handle whatever comes his way and isn't afrraid to face the fire. Always thinking about my nuts Maggie. You're sweet but as I said, no flowers until the 4th date. Don't want to get you used to being more than an every once in a while thing. That PTSD doesn't override my training and oath. I'm not a danger to anyone, unless I'm threatened.

I have a hammer, 8 steak knifes, 1 full kitchen cooking knife set, a collection of numchucks and 2 throwing stars, a real sharp rake, a shovel and a car that I keep a bottle of booze in - when I mix the two I build a deathstar, I also have a hands and fist and was trained in Army boot camp how to choke a bitch, then there is always a rolled up magazine that I could bludgeoned someone to death with, and I am sure I could use that couch cushion next to you to snuff a mother fucker.

honestly, you need another layer on your tin foil hat but honestly, it sounds like the worker might be doing her job and documenting your condition??? Part of her care plans probably want to know Gun? Knife? Flame thrower? Explosives? Mostly looking for mental unstability....which in your case might be warranted.

Until they start asking for serial numbers I am pretty sure you are ok unless they find that you have mental issues that should be addressed. Not saying you are, but are you paranoid much?

How is asking me if I have weapons and what they are, going to protect her from getting shot? It doesn't. If I have the intent, her clipboard isn't going to stop me. I stop me as does my oath.

it's a pretty common question in health care, especially home health care. They don't want the possibility of a home owner meeting the care giver with a weapon because of bad reactions to medication or such. I see no issue with this for safety of the care giver....now if you are trying to document to a .gov agency...then GTFY.
