If someone is yelling and waiving a weapon? I'm in fear for my life. In that instance, I will draw and let the police decide if the man with the AK yelling is sane and safe. If he was stupid enough to lower it in my direction? It won't end well

I think someone needs to teach that asshat proper weapons handling. I can not see all too well in the picture but it even appears that the gun is not on SAFE and his fucking thumb is on the trigger combined with magazine in and bolt forward.
I would like to know where he got that from. "Hey buddy (who owns an AK47), can I borrow your rifle to make a point (against you being allowed to own it)?"Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

I dont think for a second that you would have gotten in trouble for popping him. He pulled an AK 47 out and waived it around. In my book, you are getting a double tap from me.May God give us strength and courage in the time of our darkest hours.

Originally posted by SS Junk View PostThe idiot with the AK is a public figure. You are not. You would've gotten the bad end of that deal. It's also illegal for citizens to carry a firearm into that particular government building as well as having to pass through a metal detector. Your scenario would not play out well. You would get no "atta boy" pats on the back. You would most likely end up dead before you walked through the entrance and would have limited public figure status as your story was told on the evening news as some "crazed gunman/vetern/PTSD" killed a beloved delegate.

Also, he notified the police but did he notify EVERYONE in there he'd be doing it?THE BAD HOMBRE

Guy would have been D.O.A. in Texas for not telling everyone his plans since we give CHL holders an express ticket inside the capitol building. The guys intentions might have been well thought out but that's it, his execution is very poorly thought out."It's another burrito, it's a cold Lone Star in my hand!"
