No lowly paid ATF agent or other federal official os going to go to Joe Blow's house who has 10 NFA items and ask him to turn in his shit. For people off the NFA, what are they going to do? Have you turn your shit in on the honor system?
You were proven wrong long ago. Look at Katrina.

No. They are going to start off the easy way and require registration when buying. Then, they will require registration for other weapons you own. Then, they will require you to turn them in under penalty of law. Then, after they have gotten the suckers to turn them in, they will start targeting other potentially "crazy" people until they have drastically cut down on potential "enemies". Then, they no longer need to go door to door.

Remind me how internment happened again, with the amendments prohibiting it? They went door to door and took people in violation of their rights.

Besides that, the Soviets did tell people to turn in unregistered weapons when they took over, and then they shot a lot of those individuals. Marcos did the same thing when he took power in the Philippines; anyone who did not turn in weapons by a certain date was a felon and the penalty was death if they found out.
Agreed, far too much faith in that. The problem with law abiding citizens is they are law abiding. If people do not have the backbone to stand up, we will lose these rights. If all weapons are outlawed, where you are going to shoot them and teach your kids how to use them? If you can't shoot them, after a generation no one will know how to use the damn things. The sunset of freedom is never more than a generation away.

I watched that whole video. He was just about right on everything, he should have road the "shall not be infringed" any time that piece of shit attempted to reference ANYTHING in the constitution. And that jackass he was debating was a fool. Spouting off all this bullshit. "The Supreme court changes and expands the constitution every day." Oh really? Is that what they do? What a fucking jackass. The problem we have in this country is we have a people that has an ever decreasing amount of education. They simple do not understand our countries history, the meanings of the constitution and basic tenets of tyranny.

Like Australia, where AK47 rifles with 30 round magazines are kept at all homes for the defense against intruders and everyone conceal carries handguns everywhere they go.
