          The fact remains that he was in possession of illegal firearms. Safely doing 80 down an empty highway marked 65 isn't any more lawful because you are being safe, any more so than the fact that there are other highways marked 80.

                  Illegal according to some bullshit law that New Jersey put in place. They didn't release him because of their rosy chances in front of the Supreme Court, that is for sure.
