Of course. They want more fuel efficiency but love the gas tax. As you get better mileage, you buy less gas and pay less into the system so they have to tax you somehow to increase money coming in. That's why they don't want green energy. Could you imagine how they'd melt down if you had solar and wind at your house and didn't tie into the grid? There were a lot of stupid comments in that video and taxes suck. The main problem I have with the gas tax for roads - is I feel confident that we don't get good values from the people the gov pays to maintain existing roads or build new roads.
I in no way can support big government tracking my mileage.

This is bullshit. In trying to make a living I routinely drive lots of miles to just bid jobs, many of which I don't get, which already costs me out the ass in maintenance and fuel. Now I have to pay additional taxes on what is already a loss? Couple that with the bullshit obamacare fines I will now be paying because I can't afford health insurance, the new taxes they just implemented, and everything else and my ability to make a living is greatly impacted.
Fuck the government, I'm fighting to make a living and these cocksuckers are getting pay raises and ten million dollar Hawaiian vacations. It's just not right.Comment
