My infant brother died after being administered a vitamin supplement that was not FDA approved at the time. My parents had no idea until approached by a firm investigating the case nearly 30 years after his death. There were two or three hundred class members and the firm spent over ten years gathering information and in court. Their take was thirty three percent. Considering the time they had invested and that my parents would have never known otherwise, I feel their fee was reasonable.

In the case posted here I really doubt the lawyers give a shit about any justice brought to the class members.
