Boehner offered up 1 mil and Obama wants 250k. Even if he took every dime over 250k it'd only keep the government open 8 days but in addition to the 1.6 trillion he wants in taxes, he also wants 900 billion in new spending AND the authority to raise the debt ceiling as high as he wants
