I hope none of the kids are dumb enough to find a holder, attack him/her, and boom all this is gone.

I personally don't wont just any pistol packing CHL holder without advanced training to protect my kids or grandkids. We put our kids at risk from both the shooter and the CHL carrier.
The CHL was designed for personal protection. Not so much for the protection of others even though it has some merit to protect others. Police and Military training is more geared for the protection of others and train regularly with different sceneries of hostile situations.
A gun fight in a school with a common CHL holder?... Please

That's the type of fight you're up against when you start asking to put trained military personnel in a noncombat school environment. I'm not saying it couldn't be an option, but I think the screening process would have to be very in depth in order to appease the liberals.

The whole thing is the sick fucks will know that they are not the only gun in the building. These attacks are about easy targets."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

Arm the teachers. Concealed means concealed. Have quick reaction drills for active shooters and small caches controlled by trustee teachers and admin to augment everyday carry teachers. All undisclosed. Cache = Cell phone, shotgun, distinquishable jacket and equiv. of a combat life savers bag. Shcool board buys membership to indoor range and training ammo each year and works out discounts with ranges for supplimental training.
I for one would gladly accept the tax increase and my daughter won't be in school for 6 years.Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Originally posted by BlackSnake View PostIt is valid, because in this case that we are speaking of means that we want our teachers to "police" the schools. Again, I'm all for it, BUT with advanced training.
The only reason that those who are school employees that are capable to defend THEMSELVES and thier classrooms arent allowed to is by state law. BTW, any of you who are thinking that the only ones who have a gun on a school campus are the police are dead wrong. There are guns walking in on students, found in cars in the parking lot, in lockers, etc frequently."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

I am not saying the teachers did this, but they did have a school nurse on the tv that did exactly that, then went on tv to talk about it. I would hope my fiance would do more, and at least attempt to stop the gunman before she met her end."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford
