The only way to stop the big govmt power grab is for states to start taking action and invoking the 10th amendment. Not just this, but the bullshit healthcare bill and everything else. Like someone said above, it's being tested right now on Marijuana in CO and WA. And so far at least in that aspect according to the Prez, he aint enforcing federal law over it.

Sadly, it sounds like he is going after a certain type of gun. In this case, .223 rifles. And, the public, due to ignorant outrage, will probably back him. My REAL fear is that the guns were allegedly obtained from his Mother's house and she allegedly acquired them 100% legally. So.... What could have been done to mitigate this situation?!?!~?
