    5000 to 6000 ded.
    Monthly coverage went up $35

If it wasn't covering for my psoriasis medication which retails for 8000 every 3 months, and I pay 110, I'd probably opt out. I went several years without insurance and paid cash when I was part of a startup.

If I had kids, I'd keep them covered.

I think that's where most of us will end up in the not too distant future. No one buys an insurance policy to cover an $80 transmission service and routine auto maintenance. Auto insurance is there to cover a catastrophe that would be a financial hardship for most.

Yet everyone wants an $80 pediatrician visit to be covered at 100%...

I was just reading about my new ins. If you don't sign up for one of their plans, they will add you to one themselves. That's bullshit. I thought O'butt-fucker said we could kep the plan we had.

Even worse! At least with skin cream, you'd apply it more than twice in six months! What is that, some stem cell shit or something?

As it should be. People should have some skin in the game when it comes to how much shit costs. Basically the people who go to the doctor every time they hiccup have ruined insurance for all of us.

I always said that if you want to control the cost of healthcare then just outlaw insurance.

$28/mo for my wife's dental. $20 copay on some medications for the wife. I'm free all the way.

This thread makes me appreciate the Army a little more.

None of the topicals worked that well for me. They got me to about 50% reduction.

Stellara works at the cellular level to block the cells that cause psoriasis. Like I said, I only pay 110 every 3 months, which isnt bad at all considering retail.

I haven't seen what ours is going to next year.

I did change jobs after meeting the deductible for my old insurance I get to do it all over again for this new company.

Thus far I am at $2,000 deductible for family total out of pocket for family $4,000. Plan covers 80% after deductible until I reach my total out of pocket then they cover the rest. But they still cover 100% of preventative deductible waived.

With a baby on the way in a few weeks medical insurance is pretty important to us. Never before did I give two rats shit about my medical insurance cause I never used it except for my BP meds. Hell my wife works for a local Doc In The Box and I pay 30% of the bill upto $50-60. Talk about awesome. I have them do lab work on blood for Cholesterol and the sorts for pocket change. $550 visit cost us about $55.00 out the door.

Deductible went up $150, the amount they give towards my HSA was cut in half to $750, and the 100 a month includes a $50 penalty fee for my wife because she is eligible to get health insurance through her employer but choose mine instead.

Mine is still low in the grand scheme of things but has increased quite a bit
Sent you a PM by the way.

I wished I could hear what Big Harv has to say about that shit. I can't believe they gutted the HSA contribution that badly. My new stuff isn't that bad except for the fact I had to meet two deductibles this year
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.
