So far, there have been more than 30 reported instances of looting, mostly in outer neighborhoods. Four arrests in Rockaway stemmed from the looting of a Radio Shack. One of the looters, Sandy Vigina told the ABC/Univision reporter, "I couldn't afford a new pack of 5k resistors, so I just took them while no one was around". Radio Shack did not respond to a request for comment.Comment
