  • Labor Department May Delay Final Jobs Report Before Elections…

    Via WSJ:

The U.S. Labor Department on Monday said it hasn’t made a decision yet on whether to delay Friday’s October jobs report, the final reading on the labor market before next week’s federal elections.

A Labor official said the agency will assess the schedule for all its data releases this week when the “weather emergency” is over.

Labor is scheduled to release the employment report on Friday, third quarter employment costs on Wednesday and weekly jobless claims on Thursday.

They will wait until after the elections, the attempt last month bit them in the ass.

In other words, if it's positive, they'll release it. Negative, they won't.

Or if they don't get all the data and the calculations they run show the rate to be at 3.1%, they'll release it. That's my guess as to what will happen.

This is a perfect example of how they lie to and manipulate the citizens for their benefit. They aren't for what's best for us. They are only in it for themselves.

Probably trying to find a way out from how cooking the books last time and applying the same logic this time really shows how much they're cooking the books.

And one for NayNay: black unemployment rose from 13.4% to 14.3%. Apparently, unions don't hire many black folk.

I like the way they make sure and mention the the numbers are up because people have started looking again, yet they negelect to mention when the numbers go down that it affected by the people have given up looking.

Not trying to start a fight here but, that is just media and government word spin. Nobody gave up looking for a job, their unemployment just ran out. If you counted all the people that have been out of work for more than two years and don’t get unemployment anymore and or took a part time job those numbers would be way higher.
