Texas tells UN they have no jurisdiction

The UN are really scared of every place they go into. They have no force of their own, so any troops are pulled from member nations who volunteer them, they have to wear those powder blue kevlars that have always historically been bullet magnets and it's about 3 guns per person in the US, more in the South.

They really don't want to play with us
