92% of them voted for Obama in '08 while less than half of voting whites voted for McCain. Blacks make up less than 13% of the population but absorb almost half of all federal welfare payments. They also make up half of Americas prison population. Just FYI. Quite obvious that whites have become the provider class while the blacks have become the recipient class.
