i mean really.. i could take a pic of my house but it only appraises at $220K

rediculous for what they are, absolutely, but being able walk downtown, ride a bike to the fair or farmers market, or deep ellum comes at a cost.

Only 919 is $300+. Several well under $200k, and one at $117K. The bulk is somewhere in the $200K-$250K. Of course this is based on Dallas County Appraisal District.

That being said, Kessler Park has always been a nicer area.
