Also get all the troops back from overseas and use them to keep people from coming into the country instead of protecting corporate interest overseas. Downsize as required while maintaining high tech.
Raise tariffs on imports specifically towards china. Raise tariffs double on any American company that manufactures over seas and brings it into the us. That would bring back jobs in droves because no company would want to loose access to the largest economy in the world.
None of these and others will happen because the real owners of the government (big corporations/banks) will not let it happen.
