Well said. And I know the things he's talking about, it's BS but I know exactly what he's talking about. I'm still loving Medina's campaign

I think everyone still supports the pipeline but dont care for the imminent domain bull shit.

I don't doubt your vigor, in front of a computer. What you think is your private
property only works for you against your peers and subordinates, and that you
        can take to court.
I think you are just a little miffed at learning that your property right is subordinate
where you thought it was was absolute, like alloidial(this term is completely
misused in the USA, because alloidial title to property cannot exist in the USA).
Extra credit, if you research this and find out why.

If it ever comes down on you, when the dust of your professed fierceness
settles, the society will simply label you as an outlaw who made a stand.

Perhaps you defend what's yours with the claim of your constitutional rights?
That one has been attempted many times also. Bliss, just bliss.

I'm not saying that you have to like it, just don't get yourself in a bind where
        you are subject to it.

Most likely, you will never be affected at the margin. Keep living the dream.

I don't want to sound like I am fussing toward you. Thanks for enightening me on something new. I looked up the word "alloidial". Pretty interesting and contrary to what I have lways believed was the law.

Of course, in my sarcastic way, I have always said that you don't really own the land because of taxes and eminent domain. It's only yours until they want it back. Even so, I am not walking away from it on someone else's terms.

The few cases I've been involved with involving eminent domain, the land owner was not against the possession of the land, as it was ROWs for pipelines and streets, not taking immense pieces of land. The issue was the and owner wanted early 10x the current value of the land. Greed.

Eminent domain can be a bitch because I'm generally against government seizing anything.
