Telling people about responsibility just doesn't work. People have to live it unfortunately. That's why some people have it, and some don't - and it stays that way their whole life. The problem with out country can be boiled down to responsibility. By and large from my own life experiences people who are conservative are responsible individuals with finances, and democrats are irresponsible live in the moment nearsighted with finances.

...and there are plenty of officials that will pander to that, because being elected is more important to them than the actual state of the union. They aren't public servants, they are selfish pricks that simply want power.

*gallup poll today is 47/47 tie between romney/obama. Also, I read some article earlier that the administration is suing Gallup (people suspect it's because they are using accurate polling, haha).
