Service announcement: Unless all individuals responsible for the deaths of the Americans in the Embassy attack are remitted to custody by noon on 9/13, then we are going to take action to make sure those responsible will find justice.
Then I'd have a plan in place to get all Americans in the city out within an hour of the deadline. Planes are in the air at 12:01 p.m. local time and the bombs hit at 1:01 p.m. That way all innocents have the option of turning over those guilty or getting the F out of town. They think we're bluffing? Sucks for them.
