So the wife tells me yesterday before she left for work that, if/when she goes to vote....she's gonna vote for Obama.....said she doesn't trust Romney, and said he hasn't expressed what he's gonna do if he becomes president....but Obama has done "stuff" (her words) for us as a country....and she's hung up on the Obama ad slamming Romney for his lack of tax payment status and all that bullshit, something about he paid only 14% on his taxes and the lower middle class pays alot more than that...

I told her she was talking out her ass, and to sit and watch the debates with me, and watch Obama and Biden collectively shit bricks when Romney and Ryan tear them a new one.

Until then, I need some help from the political lone rangers on here. Help me convince her, before the debates, that Obama is the worst choice for president (again), and what he has/hasn't done for our country, and what Romney plans to do....you know the drill.

It blows my mind, the amount of people that don't understand what an effective tax rate is. Just because someone may be in the 28% tax bracket, doesn't mean they actually pay 28%. I'm far from a tax guru, and even my stupid ass understands it.

Of course the Obama campaign knows this, and is misleading people with the ad. I'm speaking more to the people whining and crying about it after seeing the ad.
