I'm tired of hearing from the libtards about how republicans and conservatives and such are "Xenophobic". And "homophobic". The root word phobic means fear. I can assure them that I have absolutely no fear of these things. Nor does anyone else who doesn't like them. Disgust is an entirely different emotion than fear, you retards. As is distaste. Thoughts?

Anytime anyone disagrees with any of their agenda or, in some cases, shows anything less than exuberant concurrence with them they are automatically labeled as "____phobic". Anybody with anything resembling an education can see it for what it is though, a logical fallacy and a classic one.

They apply a fear-label to you, so they can avoid the logic of the argument. Once you're labeled, the tendency is to prove you are not the label, rather than focus on the actual argument.

To address your point and sort of expand on mine, phob/phobic/phobia implies fear. As this is common knowledge, its likely that the public isn't going to run to their dictionary when the libs come spewing their ill conceived rhetoric over the airwaves. They're going to try to deduce what an unfamiliar word might mean. When you're in your car, or sitting in front of a TV, I doubt you keep a big thick webster's right there next to you, just in case.

I think I can say with honesty that I'm not a hater. I don't hate gays. I disapprove, but I don't hate. I've actually met some pretty cool gay dudes in my day. Its more like disgust, or high distaste. Sorry but the thought of two dudes going at it is just gross, and unnatural. Nature didn't intend this. Nature intended for the dude to stick his wang into the proper receptacle, for obvious reasons. Same goes for the dikes I guess.

Yes you may have a good understanding of the english language, but you don't know every word in it. Your "blow job" example is a good one. If a similar term came up, you may not know what it referred to. So it is with the general populace.
