Romney will not win. Obama is strategically waging a civil war. He's telling poor, stupid motherfuckers (not that all poor people are stupid) that the problems in America are caused by the rich. He says that illegal immigrants should be granted amnesty as long as they don't have criminal records. These are people that don't technically exist in the country so how can we keep track of that? Then there is the gay community. He said four years ago "I believe that marriage should be between a woman and a man." Now he says gay marriage is fine.

He is appealing to every minority group that a month ago said "Fuck Obama" and he'll be re-elected. That's all there is to it. Obama will be re-elected and this country will be on the level of Mexico in the next couple of years.

Mitt Romney isn't the answer though either. The most fucked up thing is that this country wants to vote for who they think will win between the reps and the dems. Why not vote for who should be the president?

Who should be the President of the United States of America?

Romney will be demolished by Obama after the first debate.

I'm not voting this year, if I did it would be like me choosing which hell I would prefer.

The minorities are not who put him in office.

These polls are meant to discourage and keep people at home. Low voter turn-out will mean a victory for Barry.

On what grounds? Romney will eat him alive. The teleprompter won't be there, and he'll need to defend a horrific record that he can't run from.

On the grounds that Romney can't speak. Obama is going to talk the panties off the American voters once again. The polls mean nothing because they rarely poll the people that actually support Obama. There are more voters that are benefiting from Obama's policies than not. Sorry, but Obama has this in the bag.

Be sure and check in late November. I'm thinking any (R) running against Barry will win in a landslide, based simply on what the polls don't reflect.
The campaign Barry's running is nothing like '08. They are in a panic, and fundraising is at an all-time low.

He already had the blacks and the gays as both groups are 90%+ Democrat supporters.

He's not going to have nearly as big of a turnout this year either, so even if they skewed the polls even more, he would still fall flat. Meanwhile the conservative base is pumped up more than ever to get rid of him and they'll be showing up in droves.

I'm no expert or anything, but I really don't see him winning -- this coming from someone who just 2-3 months ago was coming to grips with the possibility that he would win.

I believe there will be record turn-out for Republican voters, but only in red states that really don't matter too much and record low turn-out for Democrat and Independent voters nationwide. I bet it will not be decided until several days after the election and Obama is re-elected by a slim margin. Debates and economic numbers will not change anything only some kind of major terrorist event or a war could change the outcome at this point.

If I was Romney, all of my ads would be the things Obama promised with today's numbers.

                        "Unemployment won't hit 8%." Unemployment hasn't been under 8%
"I'll cut the deficit in half in my first term. Deficit has tripled and we have yet to have a deficit under 1 trillion since he's been in.
"Marriage is between one man and one woman." to "Uhhh I am demanding the repeal of DOMA"
"You get to keep your doctors" to "Historic numbers of doctors quitting."
"We have to tighten our belts" to "Michelle rents out Spanish hotel and Obamas rent out entire resort in Mexico for their daughter."

                        and so forth.
                        I wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool

I think what we saw with Ted Cruz here in Texas is indicative of what's coming for Barry in November. One major element that the polls don't reflect is voter apathy on the part of democrats. The level of "fervor" (for lack of a better term) is lacking dramatically from 2008. Barry's having trouble filling venues (even in Obama-friendly states) and his fundraising is way off. We shall see in November, but there's really no choice. He's got to go.

                              Votes do not decide sqaut.

The electoral college does. Do they vote against their majority voters? No. Can they? Yes.

Rasmussen shows Romney up 47-43. The only thing that matters are the swing states. None of these polls mean much right now.
