Are they wanting to set up a punishment scale like unions do where first infraction is the same punisment regardless of the infraction? Thank you for clarifying that and yes that is bull it's not yhe schools fault they misbehave on a grander scale therefore get punished according to their actions. Then again if they would just let them whoop the kids butt in school this wouldn't be an issue I bet little tyronne would think twice before acting up if he knew his butt was going to get blistered for it.

One problem is, the majority of the black youth in public schools is that they're too caught up in wanting to be the next Dre or Lebron to give 2 shits about going to school. They fuck off, drop out, and end up on welfare and unemployment driving caddys with 24" rims not contributing dick to society...

They should make welfare available only to those with a highschool diploma (not a GED), so instead of having to see the fuckups driving around in their caddys/caprices/impalas doing this and that with money they didn't earn, we get to see them in their cardboard mansions under the overpass and watch them ask for spare change when we drive by.

The order would set up a race based-disciplinary quota system. Suspensions, expulsions, and school-based arrests of black students would have to be proportionally equal to that of white students regardless of behavior. Suppose I had a school with 100 white choir boys and 100 crack slinging negroes. Under this edict I couldn’t suspend one of the drug dealers unless I had similarly suspended one of the choir boys, in order to maintain racial parity.
