That confused me as well. Not convinced that their information is right there. Hell, you can lease a brand new CLS 550 for $1k a month.

Which also goes to ask, what are the guys paying $25k/yr. in lease payments driving?

That's a bit much. I can understand not going overboard, but be realistic.

Just for a quick, surface level comparison, Michelle Bachmann spent no money on an auto lease. On the other hand, she had $5k plus of "Commercial Transportation" at $200-300 per transaction, all over the first half of the year.

Not shockingly, Ron Paul has one of the shortest expense logs that I've seen so far, and his office as a whole charged less than $300 of travel expenses.

That's what I want to know. I've got a 2010 Equinox LTZ. The monthly payment (after no down payment) was a hell of a lot less than that.

Exactamundo. Someone has, or should, put together that list for all the representatives and break it down line by line. After all, its our money that is paying for all this shit. I don't know where exactly the limit should be, but $1000 per month plus mileage should be more than enough in most cases for a vehicle for example.

It's all there: staff compensation, office expenditures, travel expenditures. It's just a matter of going through it.
