There are still a lot of his defenders out there and I simply don't get it.

Mind you, I don't live to research politics I keep it simple, but even if you forgive and forget a lot of the things mentioned in this thread; you still have his actions while in office.

Simple ones off the top of my head that I can remember...

Obamacare - that should be enough

Him and his administration entertaining the UN small arms treaty

His promises to be out of war zones quickly (which again, for me is a simple one. Is/was not going to happen. It was a bullshit selling point instead of the truth) Technically out of Iraq, still dealing with Afghanistan. However, no balls to let the troops lay down the law - so it's a waste of the military's time.

Can't balance a budget.

Various socialist type actions. Additional bailouts...etc...etc

Stance on ILLEGALs, ILLEGAL immigration and overall border security. (Granted, all politicians are jerking off on this one, unless it is a state they are responsible for that suffers from it.)

I don't care if you say some/all were started by others, others fault...etc. He specifically campaigned that all these would be fixed and/or addressed. From my perspective all he did was make it worst.

His past predicts it, but his actions proved everything.

It was at the resigning of the ADA. A dozen severely disabled veterans were invited to the WH and put in the 2nd row back from the podium. After his speech (complete with the idiots behind me screaming "WE LOVE YOU OBAMA!!!) he was shaking hands with people. When he came to us, he looked at the vests, jackets, hats, wheelchairs and my cane (all said purple heart/Marines/Army/Navy, etc) and turned around and walked off. Me being me, I yelled "What a stuck up mother fucker."

Yeah - I know or don't doubt it. Just quickies from the last 3-4 years that I've caught on here, news and other small outlets.

I consider myself just you average, patriotic American citizen. Average intelligence, average time to keep up on politics, average time served...etc...etc. So, I don't get why if I can see all this why other average Americans can not do the same.

The only explanation to me, is the the average citizen is becoming a minority. The majority are becoming sub par citizens.

Understand, I don't think an average citizen has to be as patriotic as me and so forth. A streak of patriotism (not just a sticker on a bumper), hard working and a whole lot of common sense is all that's needed in my book. You look around, a lot of folks don't have any of the 3.
