Basicly an ICE agent is doing surveillance on private property without letting anyone know. The family that lives there has been robbed and held at gun point before so they load up the guns and drive down the road. Next thing you know the ICE agent gets shot and two teenagers are charged with attempted murder. I'm not saying what they did is right, but I'm kind of leaning their way. The border is crawling with all types of law enforcement, local and federal, but our citizens still live in fear and are robbed and harassed on a daily basis. So you can only expect them to defend themselves and protect their family.

I'm siding with the citizens on this one. The fed parked on private property, did not identify himself, and performed surveillance. You roll the dice, you pay your dues.

hmm, I dont know, did they just pull up and start shooting at the car? If the car is parked and the guy is inside just sitting there,they pull up and start shooting..... then I'd have a really hard time excusing that.

watch the car, take pictures and wait with guns in hand, when you go on the attack you sure better know there is a real threat, not just a guess.

I read it as the car was sitting in their drive, with lights off and someone in it. Probably had a camera going as well. Add to that a history of break ins from people dressed like cops, I can see it
