"Our president" will do everything in his power to prevent this man from being executed during his presidency.

He was stripped of all rank and benefits and officially booted out of the Army at least. So he's only referred to as an inmate. He's also forcibly shaved regularly.

Hasan wants to be executed so he can die as a martyr, I think it's better to have him sitting in a cell rotting away instead of granting his wish. I don't see any accidents happening to him either. He's confined to a wheel chair and only sees doctors, guards and his attorney. He has a miserable existence.

Today is the sixth anniversary of this act of terrorism. As an update Hassan was sentenced to death and has been at Ft. Leavenworth for over two years waiting for an execution date. In this time he's written to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and requested citizenship of the Islamic State.

Our president still refers to this as an act of workplace violence.

RIP to those he murdered.
