Actually, it happens quite a bit. Unless you get a shaving profile, you HAVE to shave. Have to. No discussion, you're going to do it. To refuse is a violation of the UCMJ and they can and will hold your ass down and shave you. It was done in Basic.

You can't say that with certainty, because it hasn't happened (to my knowledge).

There are many reasons the trial hasn't started. I don't think his religion has much of anything to do with any of it.

Before you go off on a tirade, I'm not sticking up for the piece of shit. He deserves to die a slow, painful death. Trials are slow processes. It's the defense attorney's job to delay things as long as possible. Beyond that, the first judge getting tossed has a lot to do with it as well.

Islam is a "minority religion", therefore, more protected, as are other "minorities".

I'm arguing whether or not religions are a protected status, that's it.

I'm with Don and Mardyn in my opinion of him, and what he's doing.

Hasan has currently been discharged from his duties because he stands accused of murder and not because of his race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Nice copy and paste work, Google Boy, but don't know why exactly you chose that subsection to quote since it doesn't apply to this thread topic. Maybe your lack of comprehension of what you googled perhaps?

Negative. Send him into the general population at Levinworth (sp?) and let the grunts feed him the contents of his colostamy bag daily for the rest of his life. A quick death is what he wants so he can get to his virgins and be considered a martyr. The families of those who were killed have to live with the destruction, so should he.

So the Civil Rights act of 1964 doesn't exist? You're wrong, again.

Almost any religion followed as fundamentally as some muslims follow islam exempts a person from the liability of killing someone.

You guys are misinterpreting what I'm saying. I'm not saying I agree with Hasan's shenanigans, all I'm saying is that religion is a protected class

Ya don't say!? Although, the distinction being made by you wasn't made by line-em-up.
    3. Your stirring up shit by splitting hairs with the person who made the post.
Wrong. He made the insinuation that the group he was affiliated with wasn't a protected class, he was wrong.
This will be my last post to you,
You've said this before, yet here you are.
since I know you have all the time in the world to argue.
What can I say, work is slow..
