I don't know of any soldier that would get away with jacking around the way this piss ant has done.
      It's still a protected class.

Almost any religion followed as fundamentally as some muslims follow islam exempts a person from the liability of killing someone.

You guys are misinterpreting what I'm saying. I'm not saying I agree with Hasan's shenanigans, all I'm saying is that religion is a protected class

Let him have his beard all the way onto the table for his lethal injection.

          1. In real life that is not the case.
          2. Killing vs murder are two different things.
          3. Your stirring up shit by splitting hairs with the person who made the post.

This will be my last post to you, since I know you have all the time in the world to argue.

Racrboy isn't capable of stirring up much shit on his own, but he is very accomplished at googling!

Then quit bitching about it then and fight to enforce the laws that are on the books.

Ya don't say!? Although, the distinction being made by you wasn't made by line-em-up.

Wrong. He made the insinuation that the group he was affiliated with wasn't a protected class, he was wrong.
This will be my last post to you,
You've said this before, yet here you are.

The "civil rights act" states it protects "religious minorities". "Minorities" being the key word. As an atheist, you may view all religions the same, but the government does not.

Negative. Send him into the general population at Levinworth (sp?) and let the grunts feed him the contents of his colostamy bag daily for the rest of his life. A quick death is what he wants so he can get to his virgins and be considered a martyr. The families of those who were killed have to live with the destruction, so should he.

Hasan has currently been discharged from his duties because he stands accused of murder and not because of his race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Nice copy and paste work, Google Boy, but don't know why exactly you chose that subsection to quote since it doesn't apply to this thread topic. Maybe your lack of comprehension of what you googled perhaps?

No other religion would be able to, during a court martial, be able to tell the judge "Not shaving, can't make me, fuck you." None. Especially one that only started growing his beard during the proceedings.

You think we'd still be waiting for the case to start if he was Jewish or Catholic or anything BUT a pig fucking, pedophile worshiping Muslim?

I don't know if this has been covered, but racrguy you do understand that when you sign as an enlisted or commissioned officer you also relinquish some of those rights.

Yes, I understand exactly what is lost when you join the armed forces, I also know that the armed forces can't do whatever they damn well please.

They can take your life if you violate some of those clauses. Are you arguing morals or law here?
