Of course you want to shake him the way he drones on sometimes. It's OK in an hour long speech, but these shows are ten minute shorts and you have to keep those answers quick and short.

Which he has an issue with. As I jumped the gun on this, I made a point to reflect it in another article.

Dr. Paul has been paying SS for most of his life. I don't begrudge anyone for taking their SS benefits, especially when you consider how much that money would have made over the last 50 years had it been truly invested. It's his money, regardless if he's FOR the system, or AGAINST it.

I agree. I'm by no means a die hard RP fan but there are several things he's lobbied and pushed for that would definitely benefit the country.

It's also worth noting that Paul is one of only two members in Congress who doesn't participate in the very generous retirement program. Of course that has nothing to do with the real intent of the article. Knock the man for his fumbling of words, age, or racist/nazi past. I don't agree with SS either however if you put a gun to my head for 50yrs. and force me to pay and then I take my money back when I turn 65 doesn't prove I or anyone who pays into SS for that matter, is a hypocrite.

            Well said.
